City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for February 26 – March 4, 2013

Prescription Fraud, 134 W. Broad St. (CVS Pharmacy) On Feb. 26, a female, 26, of Annandale, was arrested for Prescription Fraud.
Public Drunkenness, 6763 Wilson Blvd. #R3 (V3 Club) On Feb. 27, a male, 25, of Alexandria, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.
Robbery – Strong Arm (attempt), 1231 W. Broad St. (Don Beyer Volvo – rear parking lot) On Feb 27, victim reports he was approached by two suspects. Suspect #1 attempted to grab his cell phone from his person and the victim resisted. Suspect #2 then struck the victim in the head. The victim struggled with the two suspects and was able to break free and police were called. The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries and released. The two suspects fled the scene on foot and were last seen headed towards Shreve Road. Suspect #1 is described as a white male, approximately 5’08 tall, approximately 23 to 26 years of age, blondish hair, clean shaven with large gauge earrings. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black hooded sweatshirt, jeans, earphones and a necklace. Suspect #2 is described as a white male, approximately 5’06 tall, approximately 23 to 26 years of age with blondish hair, and clean shaven. He was wearing a white t-shirt, jeans, and a black baseball type cap.
Public Drunkenness, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Feb. 27, a male, 45, of Chantilly, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.
Driving Under the Influence, 6700 block Wilson Blvd. On Feb. 28, a male, 21, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
Vandalism to Property, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Feb. 28, graffiti was found on the doors to the men’s restroom.
Urinating In Public, 306 Hillwood Ave. (Lesly’s Restaurant) On Feb. 28, a male, 23, of Herndon, was arrested and released on summons for Urinating In Public.
Urinating In Public, Possession of False ID, and Public Drunkenness, Liberty Ave/Hillwood Ave. On Feb. 28, a male, 25, no fixed address, was arrested for Urinating In Public, Possession of False ID, and Public Drunkenness.
Public Drunkenness, 100 block E. Annandale Rd. On Mar. 2, a male, 35, of Falls Church, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.
Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6787A Wilson Blvd. (Saigon Xua Restaurant) On Mar. 2, a male, 30, of Fort Smith, AR, was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area. A male, 45, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Permitting Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.
Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #16 (Café Le Mirage) On Mar. 2, a male, 38, of Stafford, was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area. A male, 29, of Annandale; and a male, 29, Woodbridge, were arrested and released on summons for Permitting Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.
Public Drunkenness, 220 N. Washington St. (State Theater) On Mar. 2, a male, 39, of Stafford, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.
Public Drunkenness, 6600 block Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On Mar. 4, a male, 52, no fixed address, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.
