City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for November 27 – December 3, 2012 

NOTE: This report is not a definitive list of all criminal activity and is subject to change upon investigation.

Driving Under the Influence, 6700 block Wilson Blvd. On Nov. 27, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 62, of Annandale, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Underage Possession of Alcohol and Public Drunkenness, 200 block W. Broad St. On Nov. 27, a male, 18, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Underage Possession of Alcohol and Public Drunkenness.

Larceny from Building, 500 block Roosevelt Blvd. On Nov. 29, an unsecure stroller was reported stolen from a patio sometime between November 7 and 12.

Public Drunkenness, 220 N. Washington St. (State Theater) On Nov. 30, a male, 23, of St. Davids, PA, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Urinating In Public, 220 N. Washington St. (State Theater) On Nov. 30, a male, 24, of Washington, DC, was arrested and released on summons for Urinating In Public.

Public Drunkenness, 100 block S. Washington St. On Dec. 1, a male, 24, of Bethesda, MD, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Assault and Battery, 201 S. Washington St. (7 Eleven) On Dec. 1, an unknown Hispanic male assaulted the victim. The suspect was approximately 20-25 years old, about 5’8” tall, weighing 190 pounds, with a muscular build, wearing a sweatshirt and dark jeans. The victim did not suffer any visible injury.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #15 (H2O Café) On Dec.1, a male, 48, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test, 800 block E. Broad St. On Dec. 2, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 30, of Alexandria, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test.

Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia, 400 block Maple Ave. On Dec. 2, a 17 year-old male, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

Shoplifting, 115 Hillwood Ave. (Anime Pavilion) On Dec. 2, an employee observed a suspect shoplifting merchandise. A male, 18, of Alexandria, was arrested Felony Shoplifting.
