The Old Firehouse Teen Center, a satellite program of the McLean Community Center, is offering day trips for 5th- through 9th-grade students on the two upcoming Fairfax County Public Schools’ teacher work days. The trips will depart from and return to OFTC, which is located at 1440 Chain Bridge Road, McLean.
On Nov. 5, OFTC will sponsor a trip to Massanutten Indoor Water Park. Participants will enjoy swimming and arcade games. The cost of the trip is $55 ($50 for MCC district residents). Trip hours are from 8:45 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
“Bouncing at Rebounderz” is the name of the second trip, which will be held from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Nov. 6. Participants will have access to a trampoline-filled arena and an arcade area. The cost of the trip is $40 ($35 for MCC district residents).
Trip participants will be required to submit a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
