The next chef to be featured in the Falls Church Farmers’ Market Chef Demonstration series will be Ed Kwitowski, executive chef at DC Central Kitchen.
Prior to coming to DC Central Kitchen, Kwitowski worked in many fine dining restaurants in the District of Columbia. Most notably, Kwitowski spent nine years at Bistro Bis and Vidalia.
Kwitowski will be creating a seasonal squash risotto along with a fall radish salad.
As with all Falls Church Farmers’ Market chef demonstrations, recipes and tasting will be available from 9 – 11 a.m. Recipes can also be found at fallschurchfarmersmarketchef.com.
The Falls Church Farmers’ Market is located at 300 Park Ave., Falls Church.
