When Will City of F.C. Stop Overcharging for Water?

Editor,

I just received a water bill from Falls Church for almost $150 for July through September. That is 50% more than the law allows. Will Falls Church escrow the illegal overcharge, so that we are repaid later? Will Fairfax County users, 92% of Falls Church water users, be forced to pay for Falls Church endless litigation against Fairfax County, against our interests?

With over $56 million in overcharges to date and Falls Church refusing to refund the illegal charges, when will this robbery stop? We 92% have no voice in Falls Church water rates, overcharges, and illegal activities. When will we have a voice in getting back our stolen money?

John Naman

Fairfax
