Falls Church Mayor Nader Baroukh will join the delegation of Northern Virginia “Mayors and Chairs” on a week-long trip to Taiwan from Oct. 6 to Oct. 13, Baroukh announced last week. He said that the trip will be at no cost to taxpayers, being underwritten by the government of Taiwan.
