Fall Fest & Taste of Falls Church Returns Sept. 15

The City of Falls Church’s 37th annual Fall Festival and Taste of Falls Church will be held on Saturday, Sept. 15, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Community Center, 223 Little Falls St., Falls Church.

The event, sponsored by the Recreation and Parks Department and sponsored by 24 Hour Fitness along with other supporters, will usher in the autumn season with live entertainment; amusement rides; and booths run by crafters, businesses, and civic organizations. Main stage entertainment will feature Blue Sky Puppets (10 a.m.), Nicolo the Juggler (11 a.m.), Shenandoah Run (noon), Swamp Poodle (1 p.m.), DNass Project (2 p.m.), and No Better Off (3 p.m.).

The Fall Festival will again highlight the area’s popular restaurants with the Taste of Falls Church. Festival-goers can sample cuisine from City restaurants for $3 per “taste” or 10 “tastes” for $25.

A children’s activity tent, sponsored by MoBu Kids, will offer free craft projects from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
