Jody’s Jam of the Week: D.C. Restaurant Week

It’s that time of year again when you can eat out in Maryland, Virginia and D.C. for cheap during D.C. Restaurant Week.

The area’s top dining hot spots are offering up three-course meals for lunch ($20.12) and dinner ($35.12) through this Sunday. Falls Church has five participants this go round with 2941 Restaurant (lunch and dinner), Argia’s (lunch and dinner), Mad Fox (dinner), Open Kitchen (dinner) and Pizzeria Orso (lunch and dinner) all offering up the goods. Outside F.C., I highly recommend checking out U Street’s 1905 Restaurant, Bistro Bis on Capitol Hill, Dino in Cleveland Park, Graffiato near the Verizon Center and Old Town Alexandria’s The Grille at Morrison House. Act fast, however, as reservations can be tough to come by during Restaurant Week.

What: D.C. Restaurant Week

When: Now through August 19, 2012

Where: Participating restaurants in Virginia, Maryland and D.C.

See restaurantweekmetrodc.org for list of participating restaurants
