The annual Falls Church News-Press Summer Mixer, held in conjunction with the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce, will be held at the offices of the News-Press, 200 Little Falls St., F.C. Suite 508, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 26. The annual event will be catered by Ledo Pizza and all friends of the N-P are invited.
Members of the N-P staff will be on hand, along with some of the paper’s prestigious columnists.
The N-P has hosted this annual event in late July every year since 1991, and longtime friends can recall the paper’s original offices when there was little or no air conditioning to relieve the pressure of 70 people crammed into the same room.
In new offices since April 2011, the N-P promises plenty of air conditioning and good cheer for this one.
