July’s Falls Church Farmers’ Market Chef Demonstration will feature Chef Nathan Lyon. Lyon, an Arlington native, is co-host of “Growing a Greener World” and was the creator and host of “A Lyon in the Kitchen.” He will be demonstrating a recipe from his cookbook “Great Food Starts Fresh” from 9 – 9:30 a.m. this Saturday and signing books from 9:30 – 11 a.m.
The demonstration will take place at the Falls Church Farmers’ Market, located in the parking lot of City Hall, 300 Park Ave., Falls Church.
