Rucker relocated from Fort Worth eight months ago to serve as the Associate Executive Director for Grand Oaks Assisted Living in D.C. which is managed by Sunrise. She has 12 years of experience in the senior living industry and has a National Lifetime Administrators Certification from ALFA University.
