The next demonstration in the Falls Church Farmers’ Market Chef Demonstration series will feature Executive Chef Steve Mannino of American Tap Room.

The demonstration is set for this Saturday from 9 – 11 a.m. at the farmers’ market, located in the parking lot of City Hall at 300 Park Ave., Falls Church.

Mannino will be preparing two recipes for summer: watermelon, feta and shaved fennel salad with white balsamic vinaigrette, and fried green tomatoes with whipped goat cheese and pesto. Recipes and tastings will be made available.
