City of F.C. Unveils First-Time Homebuyer Program

The City of Falls Church Housing and Human Services has launched the First-Time Homebuyer Program, providing down payment and closing cost assistance – up to 20 percent of the purchase price – to low- and medium-income first-time homebuyers in the City.

This is the City’s first workforce housing program and provides the opportunity for those who work in the City, to live here as well. To qualify, applicants must not have owned a home in the past three years and may not have an income that exceeds 120 percent of the Area Median Income.
