F.C. Student Earns Sullivan Award for Service Work

sullivan studentsJennifer Lynn Quigley of Falls Church, receives the Sullivan Award at Commencement Sunday. In the selection of recipients, nothing is considered except characteristics of heart, mind and helpfulness to others.

Quigley is a pre-med student with a major in Hispanic Studies and a minor in Biochemistry. While studying abroad in Ecuador last spring, Quigley volunteered at a free public health clinic. She later worked with the Christian non-profit group CrossLink International. She is a member of the Alphi Phi Omega service fraternity, and has served as a cooking shift leader for William and Mary’s Campus Kitchen. She is an active member of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, and served as Catholic Campus Chapel’s coordinator of ecumenical programming.
