From 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 5 through close of business on Friday, April 6, select services will be unavailable due to a crucial software upgrade. Affected offices include 1. the Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office, open, but unable to process City vehicle registrations or new/renewal business license applications. Paperwork will be accepted but not processed until April 9, 2. Development Services Permits Counter, open, but no permits, permit status updates, or payment processing. The Counter will accept permit applications (except Occupancy Permits) and schedule inspections, 3. Public Utilities (Water and Sewer) Customer Service, open for answers to general questions for water and sewer services, but unable to access account information or process payments, 4. Treasurer’s Office, open, but unable to accept or process payments, including for Public Utilities water and sewer bills. Payments may be dropped in Treasurer’s Box in the vestibule outside the Police Dept. entrance (East Wing, G2 level) to be processed on April 9 with an effective date of April 5.
