Falls Church resident John Murphy confirmed to the News-Press yesterday that he’s resigned his seat on the F.C Board of Zoning Appeals but offered “no comment” when asked why. The News-Press has a report that a second citizen also resigned the five-member board, but was unable to confirm that before going to press.
