Falls Church-founded Elevation Burger continues its expansion across the country. Following a successful opening of the first Elevation Burger on the West Coast, franchise owner Ron Weinberg plans to open four more in San Diego County over the next five years.
Elevation Burger was founded in Falls Church by Hans Hess, who also founded Arlington-based EnviroCab. Elevation Burger is known for its organic, grass fed, free range beef ground fresh and cooked to order, French fries cooked in olive oil and homemade milk shakes. Additional franchises are located throughout the Northeast, Florida, Texas, and will soon appear in LA and Orange County and Las Vegas.
