Mason HOPE Students Hear From Uganda Volunteers

Members of the George Mason High School club HOPE (Helping Others Pursue an Education), welcomed Arlington Academy of HOPE founder John Wanda and executive director Dan Gardner last week.

Wanda spoke about the Arlington Academy of HOPE in Uganda that he and his wife, Joyce, founded in 2004 as a model primary school.

The GMHS HOPE club is planning a series of awareness events and fundraisers to assist this international program.
