3 F.C. City Schools Teachers Earn Nat’l Board Certification

Three teachers in the Falls Church City Public Schools are now among thousands nationwide to earn certification from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. The teachers join 13 others in the FCCPS to attain this achievement since the school division initiated its program to promote National Board Certification back in 2005.

The successful candidates from the FCCPS this year are: Lisa Allan, fourth-grade teacher; Heidi Lang, Gifted and Talented teacher; and Juls Rathje, art teacher. All are teachers at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School.
