Kids Archaeological Dig Set at F.C. Community Center

An Egyptian Dig is planned for elementary students on Falls Church City Schools’ professional days, Nov. 10 – 11, from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Falls Church Community Center, 223 Little Falls St., Falls Church.

Children ages 6-11 can discover the science of archaeology as they uncover ancient artifacts (that they can keep) using excavation tools and learn about Egyptian life.
Those interested in taking part can register in person or over the phone 703-248-5027. The cost is $165 for City residents and $175 for non-residents.
