F.C. Author’s Life Story in the Running for Reader’s Digest

The life story of Carmen Calatayud of Falls Church is one such 150-word tale being considered for publication in an upcoming issue of Reader’s Digest magazine.
Calatayud’s story, “After Seven Black Moons,” is available for viewing at Facebook.com/ReadersDigest, where it can be supported by vote.

This is part of the Reader’s Digest project “Your Life … The Reader’s Digest Version.” The winner of the contest will have his or her story published and win $25,000. Several runner-up stories will also receive attention and cash prizes.
