Members of the Falls Church City Council and representatives of the Easter Seals operators of the day care at the Child Development Center moved to meet behind closed doors tonight to negotiate a lease extention up to two years, The Council is considering a resolution offering a two-year lease at $6,750 a month. The Easter Seals will be making a counter offer tonight. The closed meeting began shortly after the convening of tonight’s Council meeting at 7:40 p.m.
