F.C. City Hall Reports No $ To Advertise ‘Taste of Falls Church’

Despite a swelling of interest from local restaurants from gaining an economic advantage by participating in the annual “Taste of Falls Church” festivities on Sept. 17, the Office of Communications confirmed to the News-Press today that, after consulting with the City’s Economic Development Office and Department of Recreation and Parks, all funds to help promote the event through advertising we cut from the City’s budget this spring, and therefore there will be no advertising for the event.
