New To You, the “Chic Boutique” on Broad Street in Falls Church, is hosting Springtime Bliss, an accessory showcase featuring collections of three local designers, Abby Joy Jewelry, Belle et Bonne and Debra Fabian Design. The event will take place Sunday, May 22, from 1 – 4 p.m. New To You is an upscale women’s designer consignment shop, founded by Christina Novak in 1992.
