F.C. Resident Collects Funds for Disabled Athletes

Falls Church resident Julio Idrobo is collecting money to send four accomplished disabled Colombian athletes to Minneapolis, Minnesota, to participate in a special paralympic swimming event in April.

Falls Church resident Julio Idrobo is collecting money to send four accomplished disabled Colombian athletes to Minneapolis, Minnesota, to participate in a special paralympic swimming event in April. The event is a prequalification to participate in the IV Parapanamerican Games in Guadalajara, Mexico this November. The athletes and their trainer seek about $6,000 for airfare, lodging and transportation. For more information, contact Idrobo at juliocesaridrobo@hotmail.com.
