La Caraqueña, the City of Falls Church’s tiny, but lauded Latin American restaurant in the Stratford Motor Lodge (300 W. Broad St.), will be featured on the Food Network’s TV show, “Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives” this Monday, Nov. 8 at 10 p.m. La Caraqueña is run by chef and owner Raul Claros.
