Drug Violations, Driving Under the Influence, 100 blk W Broad St, Oct 27, 01:01 AM, a male, 23, of McLean was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Refusal, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Drunk in Public, 6795 Wilson Blvd (Eden Center), Oct 28, 10:54 PM, a male, 53, of no fixed address was arrested for being Drunk in Public.

Drunk in Public, 6757-24 Wilson Blvd (Hai Ky Mi Gia Restaurant), Oct 29, 01:25 AM, a male, 32, of Burke was arrested for being Drunk in Public.

Drug Paraphernalia, Grand Larceny and Drunk in Public, 800 blk Villa Ridge Rd, Oct 29, 11:06 AM, a male, 30, of the City of Falls Church was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Grand Larceny of an iPod and being Drunk in Public.

Fire Code Violation, 6763-R3 Wilson Blvd (V3 Lounge), Oct 31, 01:03 AM, owner, a male, 39, of Annandale, was arrested for Violating the Limit of an Occupancy Permit. The business had a capacity of 381 persons and a count revealed 723.

Larceny – All Other Larceny, 400 blk Sherrow Ave, Oct 31, 05:31 AM, a Halloween decoration was taken from the front yard of a residence. Suspect(s) unknown.
