Junior public relations major Tiffany Jones of Falls Church will be featured in the upcoming musical, “Thoroughly Modern Millie.” The performance will take place at Harding University during Homecoming weekend, Nov. 5 – 6. Set in New York City in 1922, “Thoroughly Modern Millie” tells the story of young Millie Dillmount, who has just moved to the city in search of a new life for herself.

Featuring bright dance numbers, the musical looks at a time when women were entering the workforce, and the rules of love and social behavior were changing forever. The musical features music by Jeanine Tesori, lyrics by Dick Scanlan, and is based on the book by Richard Morris.

Jones will be a part of the ensemble in the cast comprised of nearly 100 performers, production crew and musicians.
