Arlington Church Ready to Bless Locals’ Pets

It was announced Monday that a Blessing of the Animals even will be held on Sunday, Oct.3 at 3 p.m. at Rock Spring Congregational UCC Church (5010 Little Falls Rd., Arlington). It will take place on the church lawn or, if it rains, in the parish hall.

All pets are invited. Dogs must be on a leash and cats and other pets in appropriate carriers. Water and treats will be available. For more information, call 703-536-8270.
