It was announced this week that on Sunday, Sept. 26, the National Council of Negro Women’s (NCNW) Northern Virginia section luncheon and fashion show will be held at the Fairview Park Marriot Hotel (3111 Fairview Park Dr., Falls Church) at 1 p.m.
