City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for Aug 31 – Sept 6, 2010


Liquor Law Violations, 300 blk N Cherry St, Aug 30, 10:24 PM, twenty-four juveniles were arrested for underage possession of alcohol.

Destruction of Property, 140 S Maple Ave (Bowl America), Sept 2, 00:13 AM, a vehicle’s right rear window was smashed. Owner advised nothing appeared to be taken.

Larceny – Theft from Building, 6795 Wilson Blvd, #37 (Cafe Express), Sept 2, 10:10 AM, two unknown suspects stole three gaming machines valued at $2,600 each.

Drunk in Public, 300 W Broad St (Stratford Motel), Sept 2, 10:51 PM, a male, 48, of no fixed address was arrested for being drunk in public.

Driving Under the Influence, 1000 blk E Broad St, Sept 4, 02:11 AM, a male, 34, of Annandale was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and for Assault and Battery.

Destruction of Property, 200 blk S West St, Sept 4, 12:21 PM, owner reported that a vehicle’s left passenger side window was broken out sometime overnight.

Smoking in a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd, #17 (Hoa Vien Café) Sept 4, 09:29 PM, a male, 26, of Silver Spring, MD was cited for smoking in a restaurant.

Drunk in Public, 6763-R3 Wilson Blvd (V3 Lounge), Sept 4, 11:51 PM, a male, 27, of Silver Spring, MD was arrested for being drunk in public.

Driving Under the Influence, 6700 blk Wilson Blvd, Sept 5, 00:21 AM, a male, 48, of Laurel, MD, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Driving Under the Influence, 1200 blk W Broad St, Sept 5, 04:02 AM, a male, 27, of Clinton, MD was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
