TD Bank has named James Shepherd as the Falls Church Branch Manager. Shepherd, who joins TD Bank from Wachovia in Oakton, has a background in account management, lending and investments. He will focus on those areas as well as community outreach. The Falls Church branch is located at 6198 A Arlington Boulevard.
