Harper is one happy puppy. Seen here with a big smile on her face, it looks like she’s found a new joke hilarious, but actually this is simply sweet Harper in mid yawn. Maybe she is also one tired puppy. Harper is a beagle mix with possibly foxhound. The little girl was adopted from the Washington Animal Rescue League. Now this rescue is a loyal Falls Church resident.
