Corrections to CANA & July 1 Changes Stories

In the “Va. Supreme Court Overturns Pro-Church Defector Ruling” story of June 16, the News-Press incorrectly attributed quotes to Sarah Allen, incorrectly identified as a “spokesman for all nine breakaway CANA congregations.” In the story headlined, “As July 1 Loms, F.C. Citizens Face Library Hour Cuts, No ‘City Focus,'” of June 24, the News-Press may have created confusion by reporting “the combined communication and cable TV office is being shuttered in the schools,” as the Falls Church Cable TV studio will remain in place at George Mason High School, albeit under the direction now of a city and not a school administrator.
