DC101’S FAMED RADIO DJ, Elliot Segal of “Elliot in the Morning,” served as this year’s commencement speaker at the J.E.B. Stuart High School graduation yesterday morning. Ceremonies were held at Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax. The Raiders’ all-night grad party was held from 11 p.m. Monday night to 5 a.m. this morning at Spring Hill Rec Center in McLean.
