City of Falls Church, Va. Crime Report for April 13-April 19, 2010

Driving Under the Influence, 900 blk. W. Broad St., April 13, 1:10 a.m., police a male, 40, of Annandale, VA for Felony DWI-3rd or subsequent offence.

Larceny, CVS, 1150 w. Broad St., between April 13, 5:00 p.m., and April 14, 12:04 a.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment, and stole $1854.03 worth of over the counter allergy medication.  Suspect #1 is described as a W/F between 20-25 years old, wearing a white head band, gray Aeropostale sweatshirt, and sweatpants.  Suspect #2 is described as a W/F between 20-25 years old, wearing a red Old Navy sweatshirt, and blue jeans.

Urinating in Public, 6700 blk. Wilson Blvd., April 14, 1:06 a.m., police arrested a male, 32, of Springfield, V.A., for Urinating in Public.

Destruction of Property, 100 blk. Chanel Terr, April 15, 9:48 a.m., unknown person(s) entered the basement laundry room, and pried open the latch from a washing machine to attempt to gain access to the coin repository.  Damage to the mechanism was estimated at $50.00.

Drug/Narcotic Violation, 1200 blk. W. Broad St., April 15, 11:54 p.m., police arrested a female, 42 of Falls Church, V.A., for Possession of Marijuana

Larceny from Building, 100 blk. Chanel Terr, between April 15, 12:01 a.m., and April 16 10:28 a.m., unknown person(s) entered the basement laundry rooms of three apartment buildings, and pried open the coin repository mechanisms.  Access was gained, and an unknown amount of quarters was taken.  The estimated value of each coin repository was valued at $50.00.

Driving Under the Influence, 300 blk. E. Broad St., April 17, 1:57 a.m., police arrested a male, 20, of Falls Church, VA., for DUI, Refusal, and Underage Possession of Alcohol.

Assault, Simple, 6700 blk., Wilson Blvd., April 18, 1:46 a.m., the victim sustained a laceration behind her right ear after being struck in the side of the head with a glass bottle.  Police issued a female, 41, of Catonsville, MD., a citation for Assault.  Incident to the case, a male, 46, of Springfield, VA, was arrested, and banned for Disorderly Conduct.

Drunkenness, 6700 blk. Wilson Blvd., April 18, 10:08 p.m., police arrested a male, 52, of NO FIXED ADDRESS, for Trespassing after being Forbidden, and DIP.

Driving Under the Influence, 200 blk. N. Washington St., April 19, 2:34 a.m., police arrested a male, 23, of Alexandria, VA., for DUI.
