Falls Church City resident and president of the City-based Digital Design and Imaging Service, Curt Westergard used his aerial photographic techniques to snap this shot showing the full size of the Tea Party Express’ grand rally/protest on tax deadline day in Washington, D.C. yesterday. The photo was taken with his “surveillance aerostat” at 800 feet and was taken at the height of the rally’s attendance, and depending on how one looks at it, it was either a big, or not so big, turnout.
