F.C. Files for Trademark Protection of ‘The Little City’

The City of Falls Church’s Economic Development Authority (EDA) has partnered with Falls Church-based intellectual property rights attorney Erik Pelton to obtain trademark protection for Falls Church’s new “The Little City” slogan and logos, it was announced today. Pelton donated his legal services to file three federal trademark applications on behalf of the EDA. “There is only one ‘Big Apple,’ and now there will be only one place known as ‘The Little City,'” Pelton said.
