The vegan bake sale for Haitian earthquake relief scheduled for this Sunday in front of the Falls Plaza Giant has been postponed due to “insane amounts of snow” according to a World Wide Vegan Bake Sale Twitter post late Friday tonight. No make-up date has yet been released.
The bake sale is being organized by DC Vegan (www.dcvegan.com) in cooperation with Falls Church-based Compassion for Animals, with all proceeds going to Food For Life (www.ffl.org), the world’s largest vegan food relief organization.
