F.C. Real Estate Assessments Due In Residential Mailboxes By Weekend, Shields Says

Falls Church City Manager Wyatt Shields told the F.C. City Council tonight that real estate assessments have been completed and will be mailed to City residences late this week. Overall, real estate assessments are down 6.6 percent, he said, with the deepest drop in the value of commercial properties. Town hall meetings on the upcoming budget are set for Saturday, Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. and Thursday, Feb. 18 at 7:30 p.m.
