F.C. Council Tasks City Attorney To ‘Resolve’ Remaining Water Suit Issues

Emerging at 8:37 p.m. from a one-hour closed session tonight, the Falls Church City Council tasked the City Attorney, John Foster, to “work to resolve post-trial motions” pertaining to the legal case between the City of Falls Church and the Fairfax Water Authority. Unconfirmed reports were that Fairfax made an offer for a settlement that the Council considered in its closed session tonight.
