Mad Fox Brew Pub Construction Officially Begins

The Mad Fox Brew Pub secured its required permits from the Falls Church City Hall today and has immediately commenced construction on its site at 440 W. Broad St., promising to add a vibrant, new retail asset to the City. A sign was posted outside the site today reading, “Construction noise associated with the Mad Fox Restaurant will begin on Jan. 21.

The noise will be intermittent from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday,” One observer noted, “Given the state of the City’s economy and what this business will bring, the sound of construction noise will be like music to our ears.”
