Bailey’s Crossroads Bank Robbed Wednesday

A 22-year-old teller was robbed at the Wachovia bank located at 5797 Leesburg Pike in the Bailey’s Crossroads area of Falls Church Wednesday, Jan. 13 around 10:30 a.m. according to Fairfax County Police.

Police say two men entered the bank displaying handguns and demanded cash. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot. There were no customers in the bank at the time and no one was injured.

The first suspect was described as black, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall, about 185 pounds, and wearing dark jacket and faded blue jeans. The second suspect was described as black, in his 30s, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall, about 200 pounds, and wearing dark jacket, sweatpants and white shoes.
