Jody’s Jam of the Week: September 24 – 30, 2009

Get lifted next Saturday, Oct. 3 – literally. Zero Gravity corporation (ZERO-G) is bringing its popular, one-of-a-kind flight back to Washington, D.C. Guests will have the opportunity to float freely and lighten up in complete weightlessness onboard G FORCE ONE, ZERO G’s specially-modified Boeing 727-200 aircraft.

Participants will receive pre-flight training, private transportation from Dulles International Airport, a flight suit and patch, personal photography by a world-class photographer, post-flight re-gravitation party, weightless flight award certificate and branded ZERO-G gifts. For such a light-feeling experience, be ready to shell out a heavy cashload. Tickets for this rare state of weightlessness cost $4,950 per seat plus tax. Family members and friends who’d like to keep their feet on the ground, but still partake in the festivities, can also buy a Non-flyer Guest Package for $195 per person.
