REPORTED AS THE biggest turnout ever for Falls Church’s Fall Festival and Taste of Falls Church, last Saturday’s hoards enjoyed the first-place finish of the Open Kitchen Bistro (lower right), the participation of Sweetwater Tavern Chef Tennille Middleton, now a contestant on Fox TV’s “Hell’s Kitchen,” as a judge (center left), and a celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Falls Church City Schools with Superintendent Lois Berlin and school board members handing out free cupcakes (center).
