Fairfax Circuit Court Judge Denies Falls Church Motion to Stay Trial on Fairfax Water

In Fairfax Circuit Court today (Thursday) a motion by the City of Falls Church to stay the date of a trial over a water dispute with the Fairfax Water Authority was denied. The City of F.C. asked the trial be delayed pending the outcome of a three-judge panel appointed by the Chief Justice of the Virginia Supreme Court on matters pertaining to the case, but the Fairfax Water Authority opposed the request, and the judge sided with the water authority.
