F.C. City Council Votes 7-0 to Reject Fairfax Water Settlement Offer, Makes a Counter-Offer

Emerging from an hour-long closed session tonight, the F.C. City Council convened in public session and voted immediately on a motion by Councilman L. Webb and seconded by Councilman D. Snyder “to reject the counter-offer from the Fairfax County Water Authority…as stated in its letter dated May 21, 2009, and to make an offer” to the Fairfax disputants in the current legal dispute between the parties. No further details were provided.
