Jody’s Jam of The Week

After Dark Horrorfest, November 9 – 18 at Select Theaters Nationwide

Yes, Halloween is over, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still get your fright on and soil a pair of pants or two. This Friday through next Sunday, the After Dark Horrorfest presents “eight films to die for” at over 350 theaters throughout the United States. That’s right, one week is the only chance you get to see “The Deaths of Ian Stone,” “Nightmare Man,” “Crazy Eights,” “Unearthed,” “Borderland,” “Mulberry Street,” “Tooth and Nail” and “Lake Dead” on the big screen. Only a few local theaters will be showing these sure-fire instant classics, including Fairfax Towne Center, the Hoffman Center in Alexandria and Union Station in D.C. If you’re feeling squeamish, go see “Bee Movie,” but if you’ve got nerves of steel and a hankering for some damp undergarments, next week should be a lot of fun.
