Festa Vino, a festival with an Italian accent, wine tasting and market, Saturday, Oct. 13, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Reston Town Center.

For the $25 adult admission, unlimited wine tasting of fine Italian, international and Virginia wines, access to an Italian market with over 50 vendors, gourmet cooking demos and live music. For the kids (free under 12), there will be a puppet show and Italian crafts. This is a first for the San Gennaro Foundation organizing and sponsoring this event. The Fairfax-based non-profit foundation acts in the legacy of the patron saint of Naples, Italy, San Genarro, who worked to help persons in need with generosity and goodwill defining the Italian spirit. Live music features Jack Diamond, the Jim Steed Band, John Signorello and His Big Band, Looking for Lester and the Monaldi Brothers Band. Check out the web site at www.festavino2007.com.
