Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants has named Sholeh Katherina Kia general manager of the 154-room Hotel Palomar Arlington at Waterview. The luxury lifestyle hotel is scheduled to open in October 2007 in Arlington's Rosslyn neighborhood. The US Small Business Administration is seeking nominations of outstanding Virginia small business owners and small business advocates for its 2008 awards.
